In fact, the Gartner Magic Quadrant looks at not-so-magical, very real major technology markets, examining the competing players and how they are positioned to serve customers in the long run. The 2015 Magic Quadrant for the web conferencing industry evaluated fifteen vendors across a range of criteria.
